A twenty-year career in sales and marketing to some of the country's top consumer product advertisers resulted in a natural and successful transition into real estate sales when Jim moved back to East Hampton on a full-time basis in 1998. He started his Hamptons real estate career with Dunemere Associates (which later became Brown Harris Stevens) and joined Rosehip Partners in 2010. A lifelong summer resident, Jim has a vast and inherent knowledge of the residential history of East Hampton, Amagansett and Wainscott. Jim offers his undivided attention to his exclusive listings, from onset to closing. His diligence in providing both buyers and sellers with up-to-date and accurate listing and buying advice has led to over $125,000,000 in transactions representing the seller, the buyer, or both.
