Steve joined Rosehip Partners in 2013 after almost 20 years of sales and marketing in the wine industry. Aside from representing world wide fine wine distributor Martin Scott Wines in the Hamptons and on the North Fork for several years, Steve has also served as Sales Manager several East End vineyards including Jamesport Vineyards, Pellegrini Vineyards and the original North Fork winery, Hargrave Vineyards. Prior to his career as an oenophile Steve was an advertising executive in the cable television industry. David Rattiner began his real estate career in 2004 while in college at Northeastern University business school.
